At Station Garage, we do things differently; providing the best customer care has been at the heart of our business since we opened our doors 25 years ago, so when you bring your Mercedes in for a service, you’ll be treated with respect – you won’t feel patronised, and we’ll be completely transparent with what needs doing to your vehicle and the different repair options available.

Our workshop is conveniently located at the end of Hop Pocket Lane, in Paddock Wood train station car park – very handy if you need to be somewhere else – you can drop your car off with us in the morning before you get on the train, and collect it on your way home later. If you prefer to wait on-site while we service your Mercedes, you’ll be very welcome and we have a lovely, clean reception area with free coffee, comfy chairs and a TV.

Your Mercedes service at Station Garage includes all the benefits of a main dealer service but for far less cost. We’ll service your Mercedes just as they would at the dealership so that your warranty isn’t affected in any way – using genuine parts and sticking to the manufacturer’s service recommendations. The difference is that at Station Garage, you’ll have personalised contact with the technician that’s carrying out the service – we really do care about you, and your vehicle – at Station Garage you’re more than just another registration number.

Every Mercedes service is conducted by a qualified technician; we’re very proactive when it comes to training to make sure that we remain at the forefront of automotive developments. We’ve also invested heavily in equipping our workshop with state-of-the-art machinery and dealer-level diagnostic tools. All of this ensures that we’re in the best position to always be providing top-quality work for our customers.

We follow the Mercedes servicing schedule, just as they would at the Mercedes dealership so any warranty that’s left on your vehicle will be totally unaffected. It will cost you a lot less too!
